My background is in IT security. I spent several years at a national central bank, supporting more than 2,500 users across 34 sites. That’s where I learned to document properly, justify every change and spot risks early.
Today I work with mid-sized businesses, especially in the trades and building services. Every day I see how much time goes into spreadsheets, forwarded emails and notes on paper. That’s where I come in: I set up Microsoft 365 securely and build processes that take load off people rather than policing them.
I want my solutions to work without me. So I start small, test with real data and hand over documentation your team can actually follow.
