Frequently asked questions
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Most Microsoft 365 and Power Platform work happens remotely. For networking, hardware and training I come on site around Bremen.
How is work billed?
By time spent or as a fixed price for clearly scoped projects. We agree the framework in writing after the intro call.
Do we need new licences?
Often not. I build on what you already license first, and tell you honestly when an upgrade is really needed.
What happens to our data?
I work with only the permissions a task needs and document every access. Confidentiality can be agreed in writing.
Can you take over existing solutions?
Yes. I analyse existing flows, apps or tenant settings, document them and develop them further.
