- Data modelA SharePoint list with a German column schema as the base, shaped around how the meeting actually runs.
- InterfacePower Apps instead of Microsoft Lists or Power BI, for a clear interface with KPI tiles and colour-coded status.
- NotificationsPower Automate informs owners about new and overdue actions.
Outcome
- Open items are visible before every meeting
- Every action has an owner and a status
Technical details
German umlauts in internal column names get encoded (ä → _x00e4_). Multi-person fields caused JSON errors and were split into single- and multi-person columns; data loads via ClearCollect.
